i had the same problem, i just got gold membership tho
you become a gold member by clicking Gold & Trader Accounts
oh and mk3 matt, recognise you from CE mate

you have to pay Ł10 a year to become a gold member what does that buy you ??

GOLD MEMBERSHIPS
- Can start new topics with items for sale in the For Sale forums (non-trader.)
- Access to either the Mens' Room or Ladies' forum.
- Access to the Misplaced Your Dummy forum.
- Traders and BANNER Traders do not need to purchase a separate Gold membership - it is included.
