got this ecu with my mota told it was chipped could some one shed some lights on that ?

also couple of bits look like they shorted out is it knackard ?

Looks like it's ready for the bin mate...? difficult to tell for the pic' if its chipped or not.... need a good close up in focus shot of the chip....

 

thats what i thought . ahhhh why do people have to lie and blag you when they sell you a car

 

cos if they told the truth no one would buy it or not get as much money for it
