hello ladies and gentlemen, i need some advise...... can any body recommend a cossy engine builder. im thinking of getting mine done in the near future and dont know where to go.n. wales/n. west area. thanks gaz

If you can wire a plug, you could rebuild a cossie engine, so DIY ?

Quite agre,get it on the kitchen table,and do it your self,use a local machine shop for any work

They are a very uncomplicated design that lends itself well to DIY builds.
Just pay the extra though for complete lighten and balance of the rotating components, as it will make a noticeable difference, particularly flywheel lightening.
Use ARP fasteners wherever possible just for added good luck.

the bible is just a work shop maual.

i cant wait till mine weas out as i need the car everysay for work etc..so if theres a fresh engine ready to go t takes less days off the road which means more money in my pocket.
