Default head gasket cossie and long studding advice please

u all gave me good advice about what head gasket to use.thanks.should i use a thicker head gasket if the head is skimmed.the car runs t34 greens and 22psi. also my mate is building a new engine for his 4x4 saph cossie.he wants to run around 400 bhp.he talks about long studding the block.does he need it and what are the bennifits.any ideas on the best thing to do. and

Karl from NMS doesnt use long studs and he is running a lot of hp
I think if you use long studs you have to get somthing done with the oil ways
One of the tuners may enlighten us.

a LOT of tuners use long studs , some dont i think if you listen to everyone youll just get confused to be honest.

personally i run long studs and a wrc gasket and not had any problems
