Donnington Lap's 1:30 in my pug...now with VIDS
had paul as a passenger in my pug and was playing back the video footage and just working out my lap tim on the last session of the day
and just going by the video time it was about 1:30
is that any good???

I was going round with my mate on Friday in his Impreza and he was running 1:31 laps but he was having to take it easy due to a couple of issues 
His car is a time attack car with 320bhp so I'd say 1:30 from yours is very respectable

well according to the web for the full GP circuit the lap record is 1:18 sec by ayrton senna, how much time does the extra loop add do u think?
and time attack says the record is 1:15 so id say someone should get that evo booked in

There were time attack cars there but dont think the guy who claimed this time had entered it before. No one on mlr believes him lol
seems a good time that Spiky mate. Got the engine back from being rebuilt for our orange monster........getting it put in the next couple of weeks so need to get it setup and run in before croft!!

Yes mate full Marco special slicks....
In mine I was doing 1.30's with Marco in the car.... again on full slicks- but mine were a narrower tyre to Tiffs and I had drive train issues- if that matters???
It is worth noting though the 1.26's in Marks car were in expert session- we went out first let everything pass us and then had pretty much 8 laps of absolute flat out bollocks with no traffic or anything...

When I had my 150hp nova from my siggy round donny I was lapping in 1.27/1.28 on A539's, that was years ago now.
We never timed the red nova round there but obviously LeeR21Turbo was lapping in the sub 1min 20's the way he was talking
Its a AWESOME course for any car but I did find the 27th a little loose in places lol

only really gained confidence with donny on last 2 sessions ans was pushign more then.

I would say your car IS quick, if you can get to Donny on a non sessioned day you will find you learn it much better.
Trackdays run in sessions fuck me right off, never enough tracktime.

i think on the last sessions i think i seen it just past 100.. max 110 (speedo)
as i just didn't want o push it no more
