I know this isn't much to go on 
but it's the new dance song out with the PROPERLY fit (not just half decent, think she's fit cause you haven't cracked one off for a couple of days fit, but actually PROPERLY FIT italian or latino looking bird) and it's got 'bass' in the song title

Super gay vocals, cheap beat, little "trancey" bit in the middle so that the bra wearing pissed up 16 year olds in Ritzys can wave their arms about.

At least in the 1990s, commercial crossover dance tracks had some credibility.
If you think that's a good dance tune, you must have been dead between 1992 and 1998/9...
