How does this sound for the spec

 

i thought that spec would have made more power, i was thinking 360bhp ish -

no 335.8 at the fly wheel and 301.2 at the wheels

 

what can i do now to increase output from a bolt on senario

By the way i have changed the motorsport blue plug leads to red formula power leads

could this have any bearing on the power output

i had asked the people mapping to give me 380-390bhp

any advice appreciated

 

whang the boost up to 2.2 bar

 

unless im blind (wich i probly am) you havent stated what boost you made this power with
? wich would say if its good or bad power

when set up at live mapping i believe it was 29 psi

but its the wheel power you need not flywheel

 

STU at MSD live maps these to 370-380 dependent on engine condition, so its a little low

 

mine is going to be almost identical spec, running one of Stu's chips and i want between 350-370bhp

 

mine is 367 @ the wheels t34 rs 500 intercooler NMS stage 1 gunship conversion live mapped

i was at the road as well and mine made 273at the flywheel and 220 at the wheels but mine is 4x4 so prob is a bigger differance cos of the extra drag

Thought the Gunship was standard injectors

 

You will find most the similary specced cars will be within 20-30 bhp of each other and any differences will be in how the power is measured.

mine made 273 on standard injectors but there was nothin left in them cos she started runnin too lean so only done 1 run. was surprised by it though. set of greens should sort it out

Gunship is how its mapped, so ca be on yellows, greens, t3 or T34.

Basically he does a masssssiivveee boost spike and tails it off as it climbs, so you may very well hit 32 psi of boost in midrange, but tail off to 17-18psi at limiter.

People assume gunship is yellows on T3 but i spoke to Carl about this and its more the way its mapped
