i joined itunes then dragged my own files into itunes

^ thats the easiest way for sure. Quick and simple.

If you don't want iTunes then try ANAPOD

Or using this plug in - MGTEK DOPISP - you can use Windows Media Player (v11) but it's trial only, and after a month you need to purchase it. I did, and I really like it - only about Ł8.50....

No it's free, if you go to the Apple website you can download the latest version.
