That write up made me want to go to sleep. Who the hell cares about a really badly dressed bloke on his mobile phone in an old rust bucket. Was the guy who took the picture also driving at the time?

so she had the window down
and there was no breeze
or any blurring
so perhaps he was in a car park
which is not the highway
in which case he's not breaking the law
so, it could be one of the following:
a slow news day for the paper
some twat making up stories
my being bored and having nothng else to do but post while waiting for a list to bristol
