Default efi conversion best product...?

hallo all im building a erst engine but i want to convert it to run efi.

the block itself is an escort one and as its a good block so just want to convert it so i dont hav to search for a good frst block.

iv had a search on here and at rs bible for the conversion and the ways to convert so the question is to the people that hav converted or whoeva makes them wats the best way to do it ie: for performance, price, and reliabilty.
the ways iv look at are drilling a hole inblock for cps and using a efi fly
the 1.8 seria way
and a trigger kit on burton power is it dont no to much bout that thow so info would be great.

if any one has any good pics awell that would be great
thx in advance mart

no the same zvh is say the nick name when you mate a zetec block with a cvh head but you need a efi head deos not matter which one as they are all the same or you can get adaptor plates so you can use the escort head could be worth looking for a cheap 90 spec 3i then you have everything you need as it is quite a list of parts.

ye i no how the zvh and the full on zetec turbo converions work mate just u said (and a new 1.8 bottom end) so that dant reli answer my quesions for how ur running the efi lol as u need a signal from the cps sensor which on a fiesta rs is on the block into the gearbox housing when useing a efi fly wheel.but the differnt ways are by using a sensor mounted to the crank pulley for the cps but i want to no wats the best one to use ie get drill a hole in my block and get an efi wheel or use the kits? nothing to do with 1.8 zetec blocks lol and why use a 1.8 mite aswell just 2.0 to 2.1zvh?

personally i would say use 1.8 cvh parts ie bottom pully alternator and bracket and the sensor mounting. easy to ajust if needed and no drilling the block which would need to be spot on

its an easy conversion got all my parts that i needed for £40 including an new belt and a working alternator and it cost me £10 to have the pully machined down and £6 for a washer to hold the pully on but is easy to fit, easy to adjust and can be converted to run cossie managment as i done wiith a simple trigger ring swap hth
