Hi,

My waterfeed pipe has cracked on my t3 turbo.

Does anyone knows where to by new ones, or
a braided hose set for waterfeed on a t3/t34??

ford still do them,well they did a couple of years ago,but be warned they aint cheap!out of interest is it the feed one from your water pump or the return one?

 

You'll be lucky to get them from Ford now, i bought the one thats nearest to the head recently, it was around £80 i think and that was with staff discount.
You can get these braided ones off ebay though...

You can get it SILVER SOLDERED, it will be MUCH stronger than the ford OE ones then.
Ford do no longer supply them.
Silver solder does not sound strong, but when trying it out, it could not be snapped at all, the pipe broke before the joint.
A tip, I also welded a 15mm NUT/S to the HEX heads of the banjo bolts so dead easy to get spanners on now.

mine snapped a while back,my pal welded it with a normal welder,didnt look too pretty but it held ok,i bought a brand new 1 at the same time,think it was about £30!i cant remember but i would not have paid £80 for 1.i got it off ebay,cant remember which seller either!
