now, far be it from me to tell the guy how to run his multi million $ business, but i know that if my mrs calls me to sway there is a problem with our unborn i'd be on the phone to the boss telling him that i need to go and he would let me

the fact that he came in the next day to make sure everyone knew wha they were doing before going to he hospital an ryan said that this had giving him some brownie points in his eyes isn't really cutting the mustard

if that was me in that position i'd be seriously reconsidering my options, especially as the guy (chad i think it was who does the audio/visual stuff) has the talent to go out and do his own thing

totally agree with you,if that was me I would have told him to shove his job and walked.Been watching all the programs so far and I think Ryan is all talk for the cameras as he keeps saying he is gonna get rid of this bloke and that bloke but when it comes down to it he just backs down or send 'BIG DUANNE' (THE MAN MOUNTAIN) in to sort it out bit hard to tell who is in charge there.Not a bad show though

 

It seems to be standard (appalling) management practice on Car "Reality" T.V shows. Maybe it's not as "Real" as it seems.

Tough choice for Chad, work for West Coast, all the fame etc or work for himself, just another I.C.E fitter.

Most of it's staged.. bt i really enjoy the show.. so much better than "Pimp my ride".

Last Nights was a bit boring with not much of the actual cars but previous shows have been good

the one thing i hated about pimp my ride was all the presenter/owner nonsense, and not enough detail in what they were actually doing

to be fair, it's a bit more of the same, just like american hotrod/chopper sort of thing

you see what they do to the cars and you see the finsihed items but you don't know how much anything costs, you don't really get a time frame for how things are done either, they did a car for shaq, the basketball fella, and he gave them 30 days to do it and they were struggling, but they did a lot of work to someone elses motor within a week so it depends on how it's all cut together really

it's like a younger version of the above shows

but ryan just stands around looking stumped all the time
