Cannot effectively be welded as is cast, unless you find someone who does aussie welding.
You can get brand new ones, or you could just get a bit of simple machining done on it and add a TRIGGER WHEEL, just cut off all bar the 90 degree lugs, not a hard job by any means.
TRIIGGERWHEELS.COM, based in ELY/cambs, he is also on ebay.

my blacksmith pal welded it up today for me,i made a template up and we turned the pulley so that the repair lined up with the good marks on the piece of card.the shape is spot on and he reckons that it will hold!im not so sure and would like the car to be totally reliable so ideally would like another pulley.where can you get new pulleys from?i know it will cost me as theres a rusty second hand pulley on ebay, starting bid of £65!

I saw them advertised by somebody in a proper ad in the latest PF or FF, can't remember which, has green german cossie on the front cover.
It would be a lot simpler just to buy a trigger wheel, then just drill four small 4mm holes, tap them and screw on the wheel, even with a bit of maching you are looking at well under £50, and thw wheel will never break bits off, or corode(SS), an dif you ever went to another aftermarket ecu, you have no problem simply swapping cheaply available trigger wheel.
You can also use a dial gauge to line up trigger 100% spot on too.
The (NEW)ones I saw advertised though were about £135 from memory, think it was woodford, but can't swear to it.

Just get on the site to triggerwheels, and find a local engineering firm, honestly they could do this with thier eyes shut.
Unfortunately I don't have time to scratch me backside at the mo, got 3 LPG installs on the go, engine transplant in a cossie, one in a pug 406, have been asked to help on a auto conversion on a transit(camper) as well(disabled couple).
