don't think the sills are available I'm sure normal mk5 escort ones could be adapted to fit tho.

Any expirieced panelbeater should be able to fix this easily, most esc cos let go at much wors places to repair. Like rear wheelarches, a-posts and around window and petrolcap.

Ive not taken pics of mine either mate, but mine are thankfully repairable without a full panel as i first envisaged, are they both bad or just one like mine?

How did you get the skirts off? I've tried to get mine off but was afraid to destroy them, they're quite stuck.

Cant explain why these go so badly, but as Dan says they didnt do anything about these for protection,if you look at how much of the rubbery stuff they put underneath i cant believe they didnt put any on the sills. I know they arent available anymore as when i discovered mine were gone i wanted to replace the sill but fortunately mine can be patch repaired, can yours be too?

I think the back part of the cills are part of the rear quarter and the front part is similar to the normal mk5 cills if you look closely there is spot-welded join where they meet.
