Default stand of rear chassisrail

Hello guys,

I've got my car back from the welder and what i noticed is that the chassisrail, between the two rails from front to back, stands under a angle. I'm talking about the part where you mount your rear swingarms

should is be vertical or is the angle the way is should be...?

If it's difficult to understand i will post some pics

Hope some one knows

I just checked the chassis drawings from the workshop manual, and it's tilted back to be at the same angle as the rear shocks.
