I dont think the anti lag was all to blame. I think the 40,000 miles and 20 odd ring trips played there part too.

Infact you only used the anti lag about twice didnt you Chris?

Nah used to use it a bit, but yeah I reackon 40,000 miles ain't too bad for the turbo. But the crack...right the way through!
The Anti-lag is mild, but it makes so much difference even on a turbo that size, you notice it.

 

i cant really see whats wrong with the turbo..appart from it beeing taken to pieces..and i can see a line there in the exhaust part..but i thought it was a liner marker mark.heh..

 

The marker line is where the crack is !! And right the way through to the exhaust housing side
