Hello
I have a small turbo escort cosworth '95
and have a boost problem it is tuned to stage 1
and is giving me regular boost of 1.2 bar
but yesterday i took the car for a spin and warm the car up before i give it some trottle for ten minuts everything was fine with about 1.2 bar of boost but after anouther ten minuts of driving it did not got past 0.6 bar
i stopt the car for 20 minutes got back in the car and again after warm up everything was cool and after 5 or 10 minuts again it didnt got past 0.6 bar
can someone please help me with this problem

Mine did that twice.
Once the vacuum pipe had come off the factory fitted boost gauge.
Once the vacuum pipe had come of the aircon actuator, near the windscreen wiper motor.
Check all vacuum pipes, and electrical connectors, could even be temp sensor etc??

 

as above check all vacuum pipes if all ok pressure check your actuator for a split diaphragm.
