hi guys thanks for the input.

Well theres a couple around the 1250 marks, but im still paying the most. Tho im on a fleet policy, so they dont care if i do 100 miles or 12,000.

well after reading this and talking to a few others, i dont think im too bad off. Think i'll ask to insure if for 7 months, from now that will take me to september. and almost half the premium as i wont want to drive it in the winter anyway.

ive explained to my wife that its worth it, its no different to spending money on drinking, golf, football tickets etc. just a hobby, think i got away with it!!

It's currently £15 a month fire theft accidental damage whilst in the carcoon.

Am 42 with a full protected no claims bonus & unrestricted milage. I pay about 650 pounds for that, including a green card for driving about in Europe with.

If anybody thinks they can beat that they are welcome to try.

We are very lucky here in Hong Kong, £80 3rd party, I'm 33! The insurance companies have too many other cars to worry about like the Evo's, Scooby's and GTR's!
