Default poly bushes

Do you people recommend fitting them, if so who is the best manufacture of them

Deffo worth it m8, got deflex on my saph and they made a big difference

best is prob powerflex, best for the money is deflex, i fitted powerflex to my old s2 and deflex to my s1 and the only difference was the powerflex quailty was slightly better but the deflex were about Ł130 cheaper

I replaced the OE ones on the Rear of my 4x4 saph cos, and
it made a noticable difference to how the car felt..

BUT thats replacing 16 year old bushes.. cant imagine yours Will be in the same state Lawrie?


I used powerflex IIRC (was all of about 2 years ago now )

Poly-bushing an Evo (if thats what we are talking about) is a step backwards. They standard bushes are far better. Replace old worn standard bushes with new standard bushes IMO.

yeh i second that. ive used both in the past powerflex fit perfect and look "professional". Deflex are just as good performance wise but look like they were made buy a 16yr old doing a rubber injection moulding project at school (you know you used to have to make those keyrings)

SO if you got the cash go for powerflex, if you a bit straped for cash use deflex but expect a bit of chopping and swearing when fitting them.

As i say personally they both performed the same tho!!!
