is this a big valve head????????? please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just wonderin if this was a big valve head as there isnt much space between the two valves or the exhaust valve against the edge of the chamber??????????

coz if not there is no point in changin from the 1 i have already got on!

42mm inlet valve is standard
43mm inlet valve is big valve
45mm needs a particular head casting, not very common.
