Thing is the car use to have a 1900 zvh (I think) in it,then the guy sold it after driving Dangerously in it, the engine was sold for hillclimb and the shell was sold and an XR3i motor put in, He was so serious tho it was funny as Fu*k lol, some ppl r real dreamers, he just said "well your car hasn't got a chance mines pushing 480bhp maybe a bit more" trying to keep a straight face i reply with "bloody hell bet that shifts,your right you'd whoop my ass" lol off I went chucklying

Just after I bought my first RST, mymate with a Nova GSi (1600i sohc, bout 100bhp std) told me (cos he just got a job in burtons at the time was gonna get his tuned to 160bhp and cain me all day long.... I said fine, get it done, spend out well over a grand doing that, I'll just buy a Ł25 bleed valve and a Ł200 chip and kill your 160bhp all day long

well apparently different throttle bodies on a VTS can get it to do 12 second quarter miles!! & my FRST is crap cos a VTS does 0-60 quicker as standard!

 

i sold my momo arrows to some bloke off ebay...when he came to collect he was eyeing up my rs and starts this great 'story' about how he used to own a series 1 and it used to make 360bhp...at the wheels...i did my best not to smirk and smiled approvingly! he goes on to tell me how it had skyline pistons (forgot to ask if he used all 6!) supra turbo and many other 'mods' but switched off by this point he goes on to finish all this by telling me his mate wanted to buy it and he told him no way! but then his mate offered him loads of money and a 300bhp r5 so he said deal...but not before he made his mate sign a disclaimer saying if he crashed it and died this guy was in no way liable for his death!!

It did have 360 though(thanks to mad Tony Mannock at Turbo Systems)and i was regarded as something of a hero then...........now i`d just be slow with only 360 bhp..................how time change...
