Default Saff underside restoration

In two weeks im going to under take the restoration of the underside of my saff. I already have new beam, arms, poly bushes, new brake cover back plates, and a diff mount

I was just wondering if anyone has any advice of how to tackle it or any "its easier this way" comments.

Also as im going along i will be replacing / restoring everything on the under side, does any one know what parts are known to break and need to be replaced so i can get them on order up front.

Finally what do you do with you brake and fuel pipes? remove rub down and paint, buy new from ford?. What I dont want an length of coiled copper pipe bending into soming that looks like it been done in a back street garage. I want it looking proper.

so if anyone has any hints and tip about anything, removing rust, polishing or just of how to do it i would be most greatful.

Pics welcomed to.....

i was going to do mine next winter, its pretty good already so i thought it wouldnt be too bad,but i had a look today and i thought, where do you stop.i know how i would like it to look but i dont know if i would have the patience to follow it through.also think about when its finished and youre driving it and you drive through a puddle or a bit of mud a tractor has left on the road.it would be enough to make you cry!good luck and i hope you do see it through, put up a resto post with pics as i for 1 would love to see the work in progress!
