Does anyone know how i can convert my opening rear windows to just fixed, like motorsport with rubbers? anyone know if the rubbers are avalible from ford?

anyone know if the rubbers from a MK5 3dr escort are the same as an escos?

Yes they are the same mate because you can fit the opening windows at a normal 3dr MK5 Escort so other way round won't be a problem too...

 

mk5 rear glass is the same mate so will go straight in no problem

 

ive got the same post up, after the rubbers - as yes they do fit

Danny B is fitting my windows the same as Jamie's,

 

I've got these as standard, looks much better as well

 

thats a good idea, much more secure too.

However, doesn't the rear quater glass on the EsCos have hols for the where the hinges and locking mech go..?

Yes, so you get the windows aswell from a non opening window model.

or go perspex like myself

 

or use some clear silicon to fill the holes lol

where did you get your rubbers from can you still get the rear on aswell?

 

Ben, a guy has replied on my thread with the Fini's numbers for the rubbers.
ill pop into ford in the morning and get a price etc then give you a shout, may be easier if i just order 2 sets if they are cheap enough. (for me and you obviously)
