New to the site, but was wondering if someone could help and could see how much my Fiesta is worth. Its not a sporty model but is a OE model

I collected today from my Grandparents a 1.1L Fiesta G reg. Ok you say big deal, which is true. Its in Marina Blue, 5spd box, Manual Choke, 3dr pretty boring, but now for the interesting part.

It has all the service history with bills for each service. Also has the service book and all the original docs etc. Has the Warranty from new docs and everything else from new and also while it has been in my Grandparents possesion. They were the second owers and owned the car since 1991. Now the best bit the car was at 18000 miles then but then the engine let go so its on a new one.

So in all this car now sits at just below 25500 miles on the clock. With all this history, is this car worth something to someone bearing in mind how many miles and condition its in.

I am not mental nor am I a young kid, as the car is being used a run around and will be the g/fs learner car.

to be honest mate its only worth what someone wants to give for it.i mean if someone wanted it as a runaround they wouldnt give you more than a couple of hundred quid for it .if you was lucky enough to find someone desperate for a mint shell for a project or a concourse car you might get a bit more for it .if it was an rs 1800 0r turbo it would be worth bundles but the engine size it is it not gonna fetch much

I looked through the history the other day and found the 6k Mile check list from Rates Dealership.

I have been offered a enduro-e engine to go into the car with box etc. Just wondering if it would be worth it etc.

Hence why I have dragged this old post up again, rather than starting a new one.

 

Also do you think its worth keeping a service history now bearing in mind it has a fsh or to do the servicing myself.
