Hey there I own a 4x4 sapph cossie and want to know how much "power" the standard exhaust manifold can generate, I would like to avoid getting a stainless steel/tubular manifold for the meantime as i am only running a stage 1 tune.

just wanna know how much it can handle

They don't generate anything, assuming you mean how much power till it becomes restrictive, comapred to a 2wd one I think it is around the 400bhp mark.
Certainly at stage 1 you will have no trouble.
