Just look what others have, there isn't a 'best', its down to personal opinion.

OR are you asking about size ?
If so my opinion is 8"x17" as you can still keep the overall circumference the same and the width of them fills out the arches nicely.

17 as circumferance can be kept the same or very close.

18's are too big and most will agree is detrimental to the handling on a Saff, but some think they look good.

Amen to that Mr Ridge I have been advised against fitting 18's on my car because it fooks up the handling, important to remember saphs came with 15's from Ford

There are lots of nice wheels that suit saphs, I had khan rsr's on my car when I bought it but didn't like them, then they kinda grew on me and I was gutted when I had to change them in order to upgrade the brakes, just a matter of preference for you in this case

I took the 17" d-cuts from my saph and put it back to standard late spec 4x4 rims as it should have been and was brilliant to drive ............... what a difference

mines on 17's with toyo's and it tracks quite badly, much nicer to drive and handles a whole lot better on the standards, which i WILL be fitting as soon as i get round to it.
