side mount.

use a cvh turbo gearbox and cradle but all the cradles r same on the fiesta so just need the fiesta mounts on the escort rs box.

best to have a dif with a turbo zetec.

You need to convert to efi set up so fuel tank and lines will be needed.

Gearbox well depends on power really..

180 bhp standard cvh box with diff

240 bhp stage 2 box with quaife diff

350 bhp stage2 + box with quaife diff.

400+ st170 or mtx box with quaife diff equal length shafts.

wiring loom not sure as im not doing mine... but im sure if you ask on here or fiestaturbo.com more so someone will help out..

Cheers for the comments of mine mate

petrol tank issue will probly be overcome by stickin the mondeo tank in the back or pissbnly boot? What dya think would be wise?
Bearing in mind im kinda tight for cash for a lil bit lol

custom cages roll cage looking at circa 800 a bolt in one will be good start though see if you like it as a track car then.

Fuel system buy a mk3 fiesta tank and lines mate it wil bolt to the floor pan perfectly that way cost you prob Ł60 tops for that....

yes the tank has the pump situated in the top of the tank and the pipes run out fo the top and then under the car up to the bulkhead where they join the filter, then feed in the injector rail and back out the pressure regulator under the car into the tank again.

standard engine with a set of low comp pistons 270 is pretty easy..

have a look on fiestaturbo.com on the zetec guide and it tells you whats needed.... your be surpprised.

anything over 350-400 your looking at alot of money

T3 turbo and set of pistons look through fast ford company doing them at good price.

That will see good power just need good map and injectors, nice sized intercooler too

If i was you i would keep it going until you have all the parts gathered up.

make good use of it get suspension brakes all sorted and keep tracking it..
then over the winter sling the turbo in and all set for new year.

otherwise its "yeah il do it in 2 months" and it will take you twice as long

Drums are totally upto the job mate... only reason i changed was to widen the rear track of the car.

For upfront cossie calipers are suitbale but a focus set up is also do-able.

so how comes urs is a 2.1? is it because u had to overbore a bit for the pistons or headwork?

It has custom spec pistons which are larger so equates to just under 2.1.
the head has had loads of work and is Sunny's old head (178.9mph).

I have gone for a differnt turbo spec and transmission choice, along with a lighter shell so should see this top speed figure and beyone hopefully.

Although the car is built to be a track car not a 1/4mile topspeed runner

if your turboing it then jut use a standard frs down pipe or a shortend escort rs turbo and join that to your system.

Im having a custom one built due to the bhp im having which is 3" diameter

Pass mate ive not seen/looked at a non turbo exhaust system before..
