anyone snapped a seat tilt cable???

as above, on the front seats, to tilt the seat foward (to get into the rear seats) you lift the knob on the side of the seat, the knob operates the latch at the base of the seat, the two are connected by a cable. Mine snapped a few months ago, so to tilt the seat you had to lift the knob with one hand & pull one of the latches at the base with the other hand, pain in the arse
i've been putting off doing it for ages but decided today i better start getting some bits sorted on it! To be fair it wasn't to bad to do, just fiddley, i split the top of the seat from the base in the car, took the back in the house & removed the seat cover to access the cable, took about 45 mins. Not the kind of job for the heavy handed or short tempered
