Default WHATS THE BEST OIL TO USE ON A BRAND NEW ENGINE FOR A FRST

I HAVE JUST BUILT A NEW FIESTA TURBO AND HAVE BEEN TOLD A LIST OF DIFFERENT OILS TO USE BY A LIST OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHICH IS BEST OR WHICH ONE THEY WOULD RECOMMEND.
