well, when i go to use the rear washer on the car, soe of the water ends up coming inside the boot of the car and window inside, any ideas whats wrong? going to take it apart on the weekend, but this may be a common problem?

 

Could be the pipe has split/come looose that feeds the water to the washer jet..open the boot and ask someone to try the washer while you watch at the back.

Surely if you have time to post and reply to this thread you have time to check it out !!!!

Does sound like the pipe has either split or come off the washer jet, pipe coming off is probably the most likely of the two and prob been a build up of pressure due to the filter in the washer bottle becoming choked up with too much screenwash additive.

 

it could also be the pipe has perished where it goes through the boot flexy pipe point

that's going to be a bastard if it's fooked there
