hi, can anybody help, I have a mk5 1.6 efi escort and it runs fine from cold after about 5mins it cuts out and stalls. if you start it again it runs fine for about 1min then cuts out again, if you rev it up before it goes to cut out it will rev at a fast idle. I have cleaned out th iscv and all breathers and butterfly, any ideas?

 

checked for vac leaks?

also did you fully clean the iscv out with carb cleaner and clean the valve?

could be a water temp sensor in the inlet manifold thats playing up
