Head Gasket Torque settings

my cosworth data disc is missing

has any one the Torque settings for head gasket, and sequence

its a Group A Gasket with O/E Ford Head Bolts

1) Tighten to 45 to 50 nm
2) Turn 180deg +/- 10deg
3) check for 110 nm

arp`s are stage one 40lbs and stage 2 80lbs tightening sequence is the same for all start at the centre move out in diaganols.
