Been sat here thinking about it and I realy fucking hate my job.

Non-stop moaning clients, arsehole colleagues and general boredom are starting to get to me. I have to drive from one side of manchester to the other a day and its a good 45 min drive each way.

However, for my age and qualifications, the pay is fairly good (altho everyone always wants more).

What the hell do i do? I'd love a job like clarksons, or maybe own my own In Car Entertainment fitting shop.

Anyone else feel like this?

 

Yep, feel exactly like that at times. I've been working for some nob who is a proper card and hasnt got a clue from breakfast till arseholes .... I can see why I use to work for myself now and might go back to doing it

But for the time been he pays from internet, phone bill, fuel and gives me transport. On the downside I havent been paid either bonus or commssion for 2 months, over Ł150 in fuel receipts and Ł66 in phone an net bills. I feel like walking out now as it goes but I'm working from home today

I'd be happy with something that is just a straight forward no-brainer that pays Ł2k a month

i've just spoken with my boss, saying i'm not happy, he's either looking for different job, or i'm moving to england

 

bosses are all normaly twats, some of the jobs i hear people do on here sound 100% better than mine, ok i do a 4on 4off system but i have to do nights at no extra pay!! have to work bank holiday for no exrtra pay, health and safty a joke, oh yeah and ui have to wear a white plastic type of suit for the whole time and you sweet like fuck, even if it showning out side!
work sucks more thank my wife!

 

Join the Fire Brigade , 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off! I love going to work, I work with my mates, we spend the whole shift laughing and taking the piss, It's the best job in the world! Then on my days off I trailer cars around which I also like as it's meeting people and seeing parts of the country I wouldn't normally see.
Basically, I'm a lucky F**ker!

 

That's the kind of motivation i need, i'm just not happy.

Thing is, I dont wanna risk setting up my own business and it falling through.......... that's just my luck.

I also dont even know what I am good at which obviously doesnt help

 

Jobs is good...boss is good...i like going to work You spend most of your time at work so you should try to make sure you're happy there otherwise it affects your happines outside of work too

well I have the same opinion as you mate. There are FARmore important things in life than money, you live once, its not a rehearsal and u can't go back and do it all again! When each day has ended and you've had a crap day.......its a day fookin wasted!!!

 

got my own business and i must say, some days the same routine pisses me off, but the money is good, the boss is allright and having no one to tell ya what to do is fookin ace..........on the down side though, doing my books, tax returns and visits from the local health and safety etc fairly piss ya off

I fuckin h8 my job - got no motivation AT ALL. Been here since it got started up, boss has employed his daughter whos been put on the same wages - had a meeting the other day told him how I felt - he said nothing he could do - so I'm looking for a new one - he can shove his job up his hoop!!!

 

my job is ok but has got like how it was in the dealership i worked at where you know what you are gonna do every day as they are all the same, no week is different to the rest i want to change jobs but don't want to go back to a dealership, money is nice but to be honest if i feel i have had a good day then it is worth so much more my issus knows when i have had a good day i am soooo much happier. I would really like to get into motorsport ( mechanicing or driving) or into the tuning side of things but there's nothing about

 

i'm not a great fan of my job but where else can ya get paid good money for fook all work

Most of the time I enjoy my job - sometimes get stressed to fuck, but I seem to deal with it OK. Most of the time it's fine - I have a (mostly) good bunch of people working for me, and that helps no end.

i love my job! no 2 days is ever the same, i get to build and develop a team, im constantly creating and i could probably never learn everything about my job. there are the downsides, hours are plenty but the pay is good and im a bit of a workaholic anyway!

I love mine, been doing it for coming up 9 years in february!
As i work nights i dont have to put up with management, and being supervisor too means i run the place with no one watching over my every move.
Going home early soon as the work is done and getting paid full shift helps too

to true mate, i hate wasting days off, they go to quick yet when working they drag like fuck!
jacking it in in the new year, breathing in fiberglass and chemicals all day aint doing me any favours.
would leave now but there is a slim and i mean fucking anorexic slim chance we may get a xmas bonus, so may as well wait it out for now.

i love my job too been doin it for 13 months now my boss is cool as fuck as we always have beer in the fridge an he also gets me to get his smoke for him too which is a bonus and they keep sendin me to italy to do training at the mother plant!!!!!!!

i enjoy my job .....tho i do get free hols to iraq and the falklands have been off work now for 13 weeks on full pay which not many civvy companys would allow and i get days off for sport and college etc......plus the pension i get in 9 yrs means i can stay at home and let the missus support me

 

Don't mean to come across as even more of a w@nker than I am, but I reckon I've got the best job in the world!

Last week a topless Holly McGuire gave me a birthday cake, then I jumped in my company Skyline GTR and drove home. Then I went to a show for the weekend, when I got back to work I claimed back all the cash I'd spent on fuel, food etc.!

That was a couple of days after I'd watched and timed a couple of genuine 200mph cars.

Just a shame it doesn't pay as much $$$ as I'd like, but I'd say that's a minor trade off...

When I wake up in the morning and think "I don't really fancy going to work today", I'll know that will be the time to move on, or off as the case may be...
