i have used the ps3 online since day 1, and now it wont obtain the ip address when i try it with wireless router


the router i have always used is the sky broadband netgear item that sky sent me

now, this router has an airiel, so i assumed it is wireless.....
the ps3 is connecting to the router, but i keep getting

obtian ip address timed out when trying to connect

the ps3 shows 100% signal strenght by the way

 

your router needs dhcp turned on, and the ps3 should
have automatic ip and dns,
also if you have set a wep key to the router
the ps3 will need to know what it is
