Default mondeo diesel td endura help

right i need to crack on and sort this fookin mondeo.

Car hesitates under load after 2.5k and splutters etc, smokes when under load and is returning 30mpg on long runs,

ive turned pump up.... down.... boost up,..... down...... adjust what i guess to be some sort of advance on top of pump linkage but still does it.

any ideas before i burn it?

as above check the timing and check the bolts going through the timing pully on the pump are in the middle of the groves not at eather end....

AND you will laugh at this one but try the deisel filter

could be the pump itself or the injectors need to be cleaned

The pump normal starts to leak out the seal behind the pump pully due to the power steering belt going hard and people tightening them right up to stop them slipping.....

Just thought to there is a thin metal pipe comes from round by the turbo to the bottom right of the pump to adjust the fueling when on boost.....there is a little rubber pipe join's this to the pump ya car'nt miss it as it is like a cone shape ( thinner at one end then gets bigger for pump end ) these are prone for splitting and makin the car run shit....
