Default Why doesn't a Bailey DV26 dumpvalve work on a T34 Escort Cos

as in title
I swapped my DV24 for a DV26 (double piston) because this one stays closed on thickover, but it doesn't open at all, when the throttle is closed, I only get turbo chatter

I hate the sucking noise it makes on thickover , and also to prevent dirt/dust getting in

ok....but if it must be closed on thickover then the spring inside will be heavy. so less sissing.

i get no hissing at all, only turbo chatter , so the air isn't escaping through the dumpvalve i guess

cosworth normally use single piston dump valve and rs turbo twin piston , because of the airflow meter
