xr3i rough idiling

when i turn my xr3i on when cold it idiles perfectly but as soon as it warms up it starts rnning rough and tries to die ... any ideas would be very helpful, the car is a 1990 efi model thanks

It could be loads of things mate try changing your plugs and adjusting your idle valve screw, it probably needs a set up.
