partitions and dual boot?????????????
Dual boots easy to set up:
A few ways of doing it:
If i was you, i would install XP on the new disc, then from within XP i'd use partition magic to split the disc how you want, and then install vista on the other partition
Or you can set up the partitions using the XP / or vista set up,
But i found it easier to install XP 1st.
Why do you wana do it though?
Do you actually need XP?

XP all the way, as a gamer im not happy with Vista due to various issues with games, and my sound card software not working properly.
XP does everything i need so ive got no reason to move onto a OS that will offer me less
only good thing about vista for me is the eye candy, thats it.

want to dual boot, as i have no knowledge on the subject!
So want to learn about it and by doing this, i can find out what operating systems best for my needs
