As the next car is gunna be small & I am gunna be squeezin a cossie lump in2 the front of it i am thinkin in aid of space savin & trickness! puttin the rad in the boot!

So mounting it aint really a problem!

Am assumin metal pipes would b best to use from rad to enigne & then just rubber ends to jubilee clip onto! but what sort of thickness metal hose!? same size as standard rubber 1s!? or smaller!?

How about gettin air flow to the rad in the car!? air intakes but from where!? underneath the car!? remove windscreen!?

 

Put the intakes in rear 1/4 window or panels. You need vents out of the car as well don't forget.

Thought about doing this on the Sierra a few weeks ago but then I can't carry any slicks in the back so I scrapped that idea.

Lewis... if you want my advice, stop thinking about all these mad projects and just get a nice car that you can enjoy. You think that its pretty simple and it seems pretty inexpensive... WRONG! Projects like this take years, are complex, can be unreliable and 99% of them never get finished. Sorry mate...
