its very hard to colour a white car..

i find colouring white cars much easier

delete the background off the nova

select the entire white car, desaturate... then colourise and pick colour from the nova file with just the nova blue on it..
it transfers across the colours including the shading, its brilliant

have a go, and see how it comes out then
