How do they come apart from the seat...... tried brute force to no avail,........lol

hi,below the headrests where the inner back foam meets the outer material you can get your fingers in and unhook the outer matrial cover,then peek inside and you will see 2 r clips,slide them to the side and the headrests will come out,if you have ever replaced bolster foams or squabs you should find it easy,you might need a plain screwdriver to open up the little hooks!lee
