That's your opinion you're allowed one. The Premiership is the most watched league in the world and you earn shit loads from it, isn't it said a relegated team makes £30m or something stupid? But maybe in Spain or Italy Europe is much more important but not here. Things change and some trophies fade or disappear some get bigger. (cup winners, uefa etc) Many managers like Allardvye have said the Premiership is bigger and they don't have anything to do with either club but i guess for this season those 2 clubs priorities may have switched assuming they could win only 1 due to the time without winning them. Both are big either way.
