buying a stage 2+ bernie box? how longs the wait?
im thinking i may aswell save myself numerous gearbox changes and buy a good box to start with, ive just dropped him an email but ive heard before he has a long waiting time? is this true? cheers
You have a mk3 with S1 roll bar set up etc dont you?

No point at all in fitting a CTS box when its pretty easy to put it in your car?
CTS boxes range depending on what spec you want from what i understand, a stage 2+ for instance has shot peened gears which are take awhile to have done i understand.
You may be lucky though, I know MK on here got his box really really quick. Some people told me it takes up to 8 weeks though, all depends on work load.
But seriosuly get an MTX paul

cause i overpayed my stupid box by miles....if he had given me the right advice with what i wanted i should have gotten an FFD for that 7 grand i paid...not a quaife 5speed.....
he's about as reliable as simon secs = not at all, wont be finished when told and will cost more than initially said.....
total dissapointement to go to Bernie.....
