I'm looking at repairing the rot on the underside of my 2wd Saff. I seem to remember somebody saying you can buy replacement 'plates' to weld on the chassis legs. Are such things available and are there any other panels you can buy for down there?

I asked about this a few weeks ago but didnt get much of an answer.
I think the place i was told about was hadrians panels or something like that.
I need a couple of floor pans to chop up to use parts of them too.
Maybe you will get info this time.

chassis legs are still available, 150 quid a pop iirc. Kenny,try ringing ophir motors in antrim, he has a good stock of saph panels

 

Try ford as well - you'd be surprised what they still stock!

 

Forgot about the Scotty. They've been good before.

 

E-mailed a few on line panel suppliers about floor pans,they reckon not available pattern part

Haven't tried Ford yet

 

I asked a mate who works at ford to have a look what body parts are available. He said there isnt anything.
