Default Torque settings for yb rs cosworth Please ???

Can anyone please post up the torque settings for a yb rs cosworth please ???
or any scanned cosworth manual print screans etc...

I am going to be using a Genuinge Ford Group A head gasket if that helps?

Its a 200 block low comp pistons with a 2wd head (Small washers on the head bolts!)

Also is there any knack on putting the head back on i should know about please?

cut the heads off 2 old head bolts and cut a slot in the top in case you need to use a screwdriver on them. thread these in a turn or 2 into opposite corners of the block to align the gasket and head as you drop them on.

make sure all bolt holes are completely empty of oil / water before putting bolts in, or you may crack the block
