anyone got a final price, or link

as it' not point finding aim dash, then having everyone say, you this and tha for it to work, which pretty much doubles the price

I would not fit SPA's to monitor the tilt angle of a wheelbarrow!

i like the VDO, but they dont alarm when there is an issuie (i.e. high oil/water temp) or low oil pressure

where as the SPA and DEFI do, and of course the AIM...

Sounds like you are in a bit of a dilemma.

The Aim sounds tip top. I'm sure he will sort you out a good deal on it. Probably near the same money as you would have spent on all the gauges

with vdo senders there are loads of different pressure switching and they are doubled up senders so you can run a gauge and have a warning buzzer or light or whatever

well charlie got aim we can't get it to work been in contact constantly with them and still not working.
they said phone dastek cause they have fitted a couple, and when we spoke to them they laughed at us said it took them 2 weeks to get one working after messing around with resistors etc.

i don't really like any of the lcd displays cause there is too much info in the one bit and its hard to read numbers that are constantly changing better glancing at a gauge and seeing if the needle is in the normal area. maybe different on the road but it wouldn't have another for racing

So..... how much is an aim dash, and how much of a ball ache is it to fit...?
What sensors do you need etc?
I was goign to go for 4 defi's, and a wideband AFR, but i'm not too sure now....
I'd love a stack, but they are slightly too mcuh money - although whats this about them bringing out a cheaper version? - Mike?

andy, no resistors needed, and took a about 2 hrs to get working after playing with the settings.

but do understand about what you mean about display information in digital rather than annalog as its alot easy to read a needle quickly.

what dont you like about it andy?

i was considering getting one for my 3dr

also, you can get stack rev counters and speedo clocks from an elise for about Ł70, but they dont come with the wiring harness so i guess it'll be a fucker to wire up.

also they only go up to 140mph iirc [/b]

I've got 5 defi's, an HKS and a Stack. Have had a pressure sensor go down on a defi. Had Greddy to, and quite like those, use the same sensors as defi's.

Can't beat Aeroquip Mocal for reliable mechanical simplicity and accuracy - but no warning

The price of the Stack SEEMS expensive, until you then realise that it comes with EVERYTHING you need.

I would love to tell you what Stack is doing next year, but I have been sworn to secrecy . Needless to say, I can't wait for the release date.
