buy the last few issues of performance ford. it shows build up of a zetec turbo. Stick with zetec will get bigger gains if going for big power. cvh good engine but getting bit old now. could always go supercharged have a chat with mr todd.

check out www.focaljet.com its a USA forum, loads of them over there have focus turbo's and supercharged. plenty of off-the-shelf kits available over there aswell much cheaper than from the UK.

nobody does CVH turbo's in focuses its all zetec turbo. no point going backwards to 8V single cam and old fashioned engines.

Get shot of the 1.6 engine for starters, they don't take turbos!!!

Sell the 1.6 and buy a 2.0 litre as an ideal base car to turbo as a 1.6 -> 2.0 litre engine swap is an absolute pig before you've even decided what turbo you want!
