My RS Turbo is blowing oil out of the dump valve!!!

It is a low comp 1.8 ZVH and is running 140psi across all four cylinders and has an oil seperator tank aswell.

Does not appear to be be smoking and the oil cap seems to be staying on aswell!

Any suggestions what might be causing it??? Could the cylinder head cause this or even the turbo??

Would take it somewhere but its out of MOT!!!

Turbo seals fucked.

Wont be the engine if its coming out the dumpvalve, the dumpvavle is BEFORE the engine in the route

 

There doesnt seem excessive play in the shaft tho?? Could it still mean the oil seals are fucked tho??

 

yeah same happened on my cossie turbo im afraid. unless ( not sure on cvh ) but do u have a breather return to the air filter? if that pissing in oil then i cud be but i very much doubt it!

 

I do have a breather return to the air filter but its via a oil seperator tank.

Any other ideas??
