As above, how much would you expect to pay to have a hardtail mountain bike serviced, fully stripped down to frame and forks and everything checked/sorted??
To have it all done properly i'd have said 100quid + TBH mate - and then you'll need to account for consumables such as cables, fluid, pads etc....
*should have said - thats only a guide, as i do all my stuff myself.. - looks on evans and the like for a better idea

Cheers mate, I've had a look on evans and they want £125 for all the labour, but I've found a local shop thats been around for years and they'll charge £80 and include cables, just wanted to double check that this isn't over the odds.

I've got no tools for the bike, but I wouldn't have a clue anyway.
The forks need servicing, the hydraulics need bleeding and the gears need setting, I'd rather just pay a pro and be done with it.
I don't wanna be on a fast DH section, thinking are the brakes gonna work
