Hi guys bought a set of national sport discs and ferodo399 pads for the front of my 2wd saphh two months ago.Drove without anger since then as my cars a daily driver to bed them in do about 80-100 miles a week,I've now noticed at the weekend that its bloody juddering again from 60mph down!can anyone offer me some advice?.Before that was using fords discs and they warped just wondering now wether its something else causing it like hubs but how hard are they to distort?

 

hi my saph kept on warping discs apparently the pistons wasnt sliding in and out exactly the same time. had new calipers and they been fine ever since.

 

Are you sure they are warping? Have you messured radial run out? tbh i'd be looking more towards lower arm/anti roll bar bushes.

 

I had new calipers about three years ago.the pistons moved back in easily.Was going to measure the runout on the hubs the weekend,what is with in limits? 0.05mm?
